I usually pick B# and F-flat. Because music folk get all squiggy about it, and don’t know if they should correct me, or if I’ll call them out and say something like “Actually, a B sharp is a C, both nomenclatures are correct”

I’m not sure if it’s true that both are proper, but if you say something with enough confidence, people generally get scared off. ;)
