Moving O’Leary Letters to Peter’s Site

Author: Kate  //  Category: Kate's Podcasts, Pete's Podcasts

After a brief talk with Pete on the future of “The O’Leary Letters”, I have decided to pull all the podcasts that were hosted here and solely link them from peter-hodges.com. It makes more sense to do it that way as we’ve done the other podcasts in the past, so we can get a better count of how many downloads we’re getting of each episode.

So for those of you who have been hanging out over here and haven’t ventured over to Pete’s fantastic site, please head over there when you have a chance. Not only is he extremely intelligent, but he is really well versed at arguing both sides of a debate once he’s hooked into you with a thought-provoking post.

Failed Podcast Introductions

If you listened to “The O’Leary Letters”, you’ll notice I say “webcast” instead of “podcast” in the introduction. In my efforts to fix that last night, I had a few characters who wanted to take a shot at doing the intro.

We go from a proper English gentleman named Arthur, to surfer dude, Shilo, to Barry White’s younger sister, Fiona, and finally, Daisy May from the Tennessee Mountains. After that, I finally come out and get the intro done and it’s the one we’ll be sticking to from now on.

Enjoy. Cause I was laughing my ass off at the stereotypes living in my head.
