Acid for Beginners
Again, no, it’s not that kind of acid. I’ve been having a lot of fun with this Sony program, so for your enjoyment, here’s another dance/classical/rock fusion I put together. I actually like this one, alot.
Without further ado, here is “Down the Hill With No Handlebars” by Kate Baker.
Let me know what you think!
- Wooo! Moar Music for Joo!...
- In the Springtime of Kate’s Voodoo...
- Just In Case You Didn’t Have Your Acid Today…...
- Is this thing on?...
- “A Loss of Innocence” - Part Two (Audio)...

I liked this ione a lot too. kinda breezy, kinda sweet, gets caught in that memory file that you take to work with you.you know the one that you cant get outta your head for 8 frigging solid hours, the one you end up hating until you get more of something different, then, blessed relief from that breezy sweet one.i did like it though. maybe one more solid eight of it . i can hang.

Very nice, Kate! Had a very nice flow to it, I found myself nodding along without meaning to
Only two comlaints: 1) (and this is probably my craptastic headphones more than anything else) the effect you used for the beat throughout the middle of the piece sounded amazingly like someone tapping their finger repeatedly on the mic, and 2) Complete lack of Katetastic vocal work.
A question: Does the title mean “going downhill without holding onto the handlebars” or “going downhill on a bike which, for whatever reason, does not have handlebars”? Because if it’s the latter… I can’t seem to get a mental image of that without the rider of said bike ending up face-first in the pavement… An image that does not go well with your song >

Thanks you guys.
I do plan on adding vocals. I am also going turn down the volume on the bass, so that there isn’t that much “tapping on the table”
